Talentapproved is an online reference checking portal build by recruiters for recruiters. With our online pre-employment screening and reference checking we want to improve your quality of hire and reduce you time to hire. Using the Talentapproved online reference checking platform you can start checking references during or even before the interview process and use the feedback during the interview process if needed. When you have completed the interview process you have completed reference checks and can decide that day without having to chase references.

Technical
Description
The system uses a microservices approach, using an event driven backend architecture. There are 2 web portals; 1 public facing to be used by the candidates to enter their references and the references to answer the required questions about the candidate, and 1 used for management of the data by the various companies (tenants).
